- To monitor and provide supervision to ensure smooth running field operations.
- Assist in supervising daily operation, field maintenance and nursery management.
- Liaise with government to handling statutory and Jabatan Perhutanan administration (licensing, border, deposit refund application) etc.
- To manage store (fertilizer, chemicals, POL, etc), machinery, and other tools.
- To prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- To support estate administration in ensuring that all activities are in compliance with RSPO & OSH requirements.
- Any other tasks as assigned by superior.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Agriculture/ Plantation or any relevant field.
- At least 3-4 years of working experience in plantation environment.
- Good command in English & Mandarin
- Work independently, dynamic and result oriented.
- Good people management, communication and report writing skills.
- Willing to work and live in plantation environment.
- Willing travel to Kelantan.
- Day shift
- Tanah Merah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Bachelor's (Required)
- PLANTATION: 2 years (Preferred)
