Why does this job exist and why is it critical?\xe2\x80\x8bWhat are you accountable for?

• Product Manager / Business Analyst; Develop, govern, and deliver the architecture, solution, and design for OSS systems / platforms, specifically for the NCR (Network Configuration & Rollout) and other similar systems / application domains.
• Project Manage to deliver key OSS initiatives for Network as well as Business for new and enhanced requirement and capabilities, including meeting AOP Capex and Opex programs and initiatives.
• End to End management of User Change Request (UCR); mainly on analysing the UCR and designing the solution.
• Manage OSS Vendors including the vendor performance, deliverables, and contracts to ensure the project deliverables are according to the agreed time, scope and cost.
• OSS Applications Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide OSS domains expertise to the end users as well as providing guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Responsible of ensuring the new and enhanced OSS solutions adhere to the defined OSS architecture and conform to NGOSS/ETOM framework
• Manage special assignments and projects.

What do you need to have for this role?

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or equivalent

Total Work Experience: More than 16 years - Total Relevant Experience: More than 16 years in Telecommunication/OSS/IT field * Understanding on the technologies and services implemented in Maxis (Telecommunication knowledge)

• Technical knowledge on OSS platforms & applications (specifically on Network Configuration & Rollout (NCR) platform).
• Leadership & Project Management skill
• Soft skills - Communication skills & stakeholders\xe2\x80\x99 management.
• Technical Document writing & Presentation skills.
• Vendor & Budget Management skills.
• ETOM, ITIL, TM Forum, NGOSS & Agile knowledge.
• Cloud and Digital technology knowledge.
