Support all administrative issues
Case Submission
Treatment Plan follow up
Create Treatment Plan overview (PDF)
Send Treatment Plan to QC
Send to Person In Charge when Treatment Plan approved
Request modification if needed
Spreadsheet /Portal Update
Aligners Ordering
Coordinate with clinic for available slots, appointment booking and patients\' attendance status
Liaison with customers on transport arrangement for goods delivery and generate delivery orders
QC and packing products
Update all necessary records
Perform stock take on a monthly basis to ensure accurate stock inventory in the warehouse; to rectify the problem should any discrepancies occur.
Generate daily/monthly report
Perform other ad-hoc projects or duties as and when required
