Role Overview:

We are searching for an Operations Administrator to manage essential administrative tasks, streamline processes, and providing crucial support to different teams at our Petaling Jaya plant in Selangor.

This position will suit a reliable and meticulous person who enjoys cross-team collaboration. Our role offers you the opportunity make significant administrative contributions, establish organized workflows, and ensure timely task fulfilment to support the seamless operation of the business.

Typical Accountabilities:

  • Manage confidential documents including contracts, performance reviews, bonus letters, NDAs, correspondence, presentations, and bills of sale.
  • Handle expense processing and reconciliation, including receipt tracking and credit card statements.
  • Coordinate business travel arrangements, occasionally requiring after-hours support.
  • Organize confidential meetings for senior management, preparing materials, arranging off-site meetings, and managing logistics like catering and hotel reservations.
  • Generate letters, memos, forms, and reports based on instructions or company policies.
  • Provide occasional support for data auditing.
  • Participate in business meetings and committees, schedule appointments, distribute agendas, and compile meeting minutes.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma and demonstrated relevant experience.
  • Able to communicate well and have proficient knowledge of office equipment.
  • Able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail and understanding of clerical procedures.
