Preferable having 2 years of experience as an operations administrator or in a similar position
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitasking
Have positive attitude and own initiative to excel
Responsibilities
Primary Function :
To assist Operations HODs in developing compiling, filling, analyses data and process to compile data/ documented information to support business operations in the Production, Quality Assurance, Production Engineering/ Maintenance on top of Administration Department.
To execute all business related documentation to meet the overall company objectives in the most efficient and effective manner.
Secondary Function :
To assist Quality Management Representative / QA Manager/ HOD to manage all Quality Management Systems, Environmental Management System, Occupational, Safety and Health Management System including typing, documenting, management, controlling etc.
To Compile data and publish Operators Performance reports for Operations efficiency, Quality, Productivity for management to make decision timely.
To assist Production Engineering, Production, Maintenance to compile relevant data for Management Meeting/ Audit.
To assist and support Management (including Top Management) in related Administrative matter for a smooth operations
