Job Description
Position: Operations Executive.
Salary: RM 2500-3500.
Location: Kelana Jaya, Petaling Jaya.
The hiring companyA well established international freight forwarding company based at Kelana Jaya.Resposibilities-Responsible for smooth running of day-to-day freight operations activities.-To handle inbound and outbound shipment.To perform import and export job files.-To liaise with customers,vendors and overseas agents on shipment movements.-To prepare logistics related documents on bill of lading,Customs form,invoicing.-To coordinate with shipper for import and export movement arrangement and monitoring.-Executive and manage day-to-day operational routine verification of payment.-To provide efficient customer service,handling enquiries and calls from customers.The candidate-Malaysian in age group 26-35.-Diploma qualification in Business or Logistics Management.-2-3 years of logistics management experience.-Strong communication skills in English.
