  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to drive strategic decisions.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
ResponsibilitiesThe Operation Executive will play a crucial role in driving sales, managing promotional activities, and enhancing the overall brand presence of our e-commerce platform. This role involves overseeing the team structure, which includes a Live Streamer Leader and Live Streamers, to ensure the smooth execution of sales strategies and promotional campaigns.Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Direction and Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Guide the team in the execution of sales activities to drive revenue growth.
  • Promotions and Marketing: Create innovative marketing ideas and promotional campaigns to attract and retain customers. Ensure that all marketing efforts align with the brand\'s vision and goals.
  • Brand Management: Oversee branding initiatives to enhance the company\'s image and presence in the market. Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of Live Streamer Leaders and Live Streamers. Provide guidance, training, and support to help them achieve their goals.
  • Product Management: Oversee the management of product categories, including 3C (computer/consumer electronics), fashion, home & living, and sports. Ensure product listings are optimized and up-to-date.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement. Implement changes as necessary to drive success.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by optimizing the shopping experience and addressing any issues that arise promptly.
