Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in event operations.
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with promoters and stakeholders at all levels
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Ability to work independently and handle pressure during event periods.
A team player with a positive attitude and a customer-centric mindset
Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings and weekends if needed.
Possession of a driving license is an advantage
Tanggungjawab
Assist in planning and executing events from concept to completion.
Coordinate logistics such as venue setup, equipment, manpower, and suppliers.
Liaise with vendors (AV, lighting, stage, decor, printing, transport, etc.) to ensure timely delivery.
Support project managers in preparing event timelines, checklists, and production schedules.
Supervise setup and dismantling of event structures and installations.
Troubleshoot issues on-site and provide quick, effective solutions.
Oversee manpower and crew during event setup, showtime, and teardown
