JOB DESCRIPTION Plan, direct and control all aspect of production operations and resources (4Ms-Man, Machine, Material and Method) to meet Company\xe2\x80\x99s delivery, quantity and quantity KPI\xe2\x80\x99s. Plan the manpower according to the production schedule. To ensure the Department meets the management objectives in the productivity, quality, safety, delivery, equipment, cost reduction, procedures, conformance, inventory control, training and personal improvement guide. To ensure the workplace is in good condition in term of 5\xe2\x80\x99S implementation, machine daily maintenance and other related activity which is instructed by superior from time to time. To ensure production tier follow as per plan and meet customer QCDS. To ensure production line complies with TS16949/ISO 14001/18001 at all time. To ensure the process is operating productively and effectively. Prepared and monitor production reports for Management review. Shall ensure that the production plants are well maintained and according to plant layout. To ensure the department achieve the management objective to implement and maintain the ISO/TS16949:2002(E) procedures. To perform other duty as may be required which commensurate with the grading of the post. REQUIREMENTS: Male (Age 30-45) Minimum Diploma /Degree in Manufacturing/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 4 years experience in Automotive industrial assembly line, stamping section & maintenance (Process Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering) Managerial experience in leading a large size group of workers & engineers (300 workers) Well versed with IATF 16949 and ISO. Experience in NPI, project management. Lean, 6 Sigma, Black belt or Green belt is an added advantage Excellent in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Good Microsoft PowerPoint, Office and Excel skill Able to work in a team as well as individually, results oriented, highly motivated with excellent interpersonal skills. 5 days working (Monday to Friday) Working Time: 7.45am - 5.45pm Annual &Festival Bonus Annual Increment Others benefit Free parking.
United Vehicles Industries Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated on 7 September 1982 and commenced its operations as a fuel tank manufacturer in 1984. In Year 1985, the company managed to secure the contract to supply its fuel tanks for Malaysia\xe2\x80\x99s first national car, Proton Saga. Subsequently, almost all other car manufacturers or assemblers also sourced their fuel tanks from us. In Year 2002, United Vehicles Industries Sdn. Bhd. had the honour to participate in the development of plastic fuel tank. Having the technical collaboration with Kautex Textron GmbH & Co., Germany, United Vehicles Industries Sdn. Bhd. set up its own plastic blow moulding facilities in Malaysia to produce and supply plastic fuel tank for Proton Waja model. Besides being one of the main fuel tank suppliers in Malaysia, we also produce many stamping parts, such as cross member assembly, floor cross, support radiator, etc supplying to main local car manufacturers, Proton and Perodua. We also fabricating tools and dies and has our own in house Core Engineering Department, equipped with a 2.5 Meter CNC Machining Centre. With the recent technical collaboration with Yachiyo Industry Co., Ltd., Japan, it has add strength to our experience and capability to supply plastic fuel tank to OEMs in Malaysia.
