About the Role

We are partnering with a

prestigious luxury retail group

renowned for its exquisite craftsmanship and timeless style. As part of their growth and expansion, they are looking for a

dynamic and hands-on Operations Manager

to lead their boutique operations and drive retail excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple boutiques to ensure smooth performance and operational excellence.

Build and nurture strong relationships with brand partners and VIP clientele.

Collaborate closely with the marketing team to execute in-store events, new product launches, and seasonal campaigns.

Uphold and enforce the company's SOPs, service standards, and visual merchandising guidelines.

Lead and motivate retail teams through regular meetings, briefings, and training sessions.

Drive sales performance while ensuring an exceptional customer experience across all boutiques.

Manage new store openings, pop-up stores, and renovation projects.

Supervise inventory accuracy, stock movements, and retail audits.

Coordinate with HR on recruitment, performance management, and staff development.

Review vendor quotations and invoices, and prepare operational and sales reports for management.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of experience in retail, including at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.

Proven background in

luxury retail

, fashion, jewellery, or related industries.

Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.

Fluent in

English and Mandarin

(preferred due to clientele).

Passionate about customer experience and brand excellence.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM14,000.00 per month
