-Responsible for formulating and implementing the companys user operations strategy to enhance user activity and satisfaction.
-Analyze user data from market channels to understand user needs and behavior and provide effective user insights and recommendations.
-Research on market competition, analyze competitors user operations strategies and market trends, and develop corresponding response strategies.
-Responsible for formulating and implementing user growth plans, including user acquisition, retention, and conversion.
-Develop and implement user marketing activities to increase user engagement and loyalty.

Track and analyze the effectiveness of user operations activities, make timely adjustments to strategies and plans, and improve user operational effectiveness.

-Collaborate closely with product, technology, and other marketing teams to drive the implementation and execution of user operations strategies.

Requirements

-Minimum bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or above, preferably in marketing, user research, data analysis, or related fields.
-At least 2 years of user operations experience in a tech company, familiar with the characteristics of the internet industry and user needs.
-Familiar with various aspects of user operations, including user acquisition, retention, and conversion.
-Strong data analysis skills, proficient in using data analysis tools and methods, and capable of making effective decisions based on data.
-Proficient in the strategy of converting public domain to private domain, with a priority in private domain operations.
-Strong communication and coordination skills, able to collaborate with different teams and ensure smooth project progress.
-Strong market insight and innovation ability, capable of adjusting user operations strategies according to market changes.
-Strong execution and stress tolerance, able to work effectively in a complex environment.
