Duties and responsible 1. Work collaboratively with all departments to make sure the resort operations running smoothly 2. Maintaining the full knowledge of Resort administration and operations function including villa rates, Resort policies, VIP guests, events and etc. 3. Developing and implementing strategies that will ensure a good and memorable experience that meet Resort expectations. 4. Establish and maintain the standard of resort customer service 5. Anticipate to guests needs and respond promptly and accordingly. 6. Conduct regular operations meeting with Resort Head of Departments to discuss operational matters, sales target, guest feedback and action taken for service recovery and also staff issues. 7. Review and ensure Standard Operations Procedures (SOP) is implementing. 8. Monitor and maintain operations & overhead cost in order to maintain maximum targeted revenue. 9. Randomly inspect the Housekeeping, kitchen, Food & Beverage and Maintenance stores to check the stock in hand (quality, par stock and expiry dates). 10. Assist finance departments to review financial statements and prepare, control operational budget. 11. Plan effective strategies for the financial well-being of the company. 12. Assist sales and front office teams to develop of strategic plans to attract more guest and to prepare special packages for guest. 13. Review Menus and work with Food & Beverage and Head Chef to come out with new menu and to ensure good quality food. 14. Work closely with Human Resources Department to monitor, supervise and evaluate staff performance.
