We're hiring an Operations & Payroll Admin to support our growing field force and ensure smooth backend operations. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and have a knack for numbers, coordination, and compliance, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
Support operational rollouts and reporting
Process payroll for field staff with accuracy and timeliness
Prepare client invoices based on attendance, deployment, and contract terms
Maintain attendance records, timesheets, and claims documentation
Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure compliance
What We're Looking For:
Prior experience in payroll, invoicing, HR admin, or operations
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
Proficient in Excel, and basic HR/payroll systems
Able to multitask, follow through, and meet deadlines
Good communication skills, written and verbal
Familiarity with temp staffing or field force coordination is an added advantage
