Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the company, including stock monitoring and delivery scheduling.
Check and update inventory records for incoming and outgoing stock regularly.
Handle packing, labeling, and shipment of parcels for Shopee, TikTok, and other online platforms.
Ensure all customer orders are processed and delivered on time and in good condition.
Prepare stock, sales, and delivery reports for management review.
Liaise with courier services and suppliers regarding delivery and stock matters.
Assist in general administrative tasks such as documentation, invoicing, and filing.
Ensure the operation area and warehouse are always organized and well-maintained.
Support the online sales team in updating product listings on Shopee/TikTok (if required).
Qualifications / Skills:
Minimum SPM/Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or any related field.
Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Shopee Seller Centre, TikTok Shop).
Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented, and hardworking.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
