Responsibilities:

Application Support: Proficiently handle Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM-related tickets across various modules, including Workforce Management (Core HR, Absence, Time and Labor), and Talent Management (Recruiting, Goal, Performance, Workforce Compensation, Learning, Career Development).

Data Management: Skillfully manage bulk data operations using HCM Data Load and HCM Extracts for seamless data processing.

Reporting Expertise: Utilize Oracle Transaction Business Intelligence (OTBI) for generating comprehensive reports, enhancing data-driven decision-making.

Collaborative Troubleshooting: Collaborate with internal and external support teams to troubleshoot issues related to other applications, ensuring swift problem resolution.

Enhancement Delivery: Contribute to the continuous improvement of Oracle Fusion HCM modules by resolving support issues, implementing fixes, and suggesting enhancements to enhance functionality.

Upgrade Support: Assist in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM quarterly upgrade activities by aligning upgrade features with organizational needs and crafting test scripts for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Solution Translation: Interpret HCM business processes and requirements, translating them into effective system solutions while addressing any associated business challenges.

Requirements Gathering: Engage with business stakeholders to collect requirements and provide guidance on whether changes can be achieved using out-of-the-box features or require customization.

Change Management: Liaise with business users to ensure that change requests are properly designed, evaluated, prioritized, and successfully managed through to completion.

Problem Resolution: Identify recurring issues and collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and address root causes, promoting long-term solutions.

User Training: Offer end-user application and functionality training when necessary to enhance user proficiency.

Support Coordination: Collaborate with Oracle Support and coordinate with internal teams to efficiently troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Integration Expertise: Possess an understanding of integration architecture concepts and effectively work with cross-functional teams to tackle integration-related challenges.

Requirements:

At least 6- 8 years experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
Experienced in managing integration between Oracle HCM & other system.
Experienced in developing Change Requests in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
Experienced user of defect tracking systems, including extracting key data for weekly reporting and KPI tracking.

Good communication and leadership skill.
