Providing customer support through phone, email, and chat channels. Besides that, working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination.

  • Maintaining and updating standard work documents.
  • Offering suggestions to improve customer service.

  • Minimum requirement: Diploma, degree or equivalent.
  • Encouraging applicants with 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer service, order management, and administration.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
  • Experience with Salesforce is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Must have a customer-oriented approach.
  • Must be willing to work for US shift hours (Monday - Friday, 830pm-530am Malaysai time) and based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia
