Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Handle
end-to-end order processing
, including enquiries, quotations, sales orders, and purchase orders Managecustomer communications
on order status, pricing, delivery schedules, and product availability Prepare and maintainsales and export documentation
(invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, customs declarations, shipping instructions) Coordinate withinternal teams
(logistics, production, finance) andexternal partners
(freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers) to ensure smooth order fulfillment Supportinternational trade operations
acrossMalaysia, Thailand, China, Indonesia, Singapore, and Germany
ApplyIncoterms
correctly to manage shipment responsibilities, costs, and risks Ensure compliance withexport regulations, trade laws, and customs requirements
Facilitatecustoms clearance
and resolve shipment-related issues or discrepancies Preparesales reports
, track KPIs, and analyze sales trends for management reporting Negotiatefreight rates and shipping terms
to optimize transportation costs Identify shipment risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely deliveryJob Type: Permanent
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
