Job Description

\xef\x82\xb7 Checking order queue in CRM and assign jobs.
\xef\x82\xb7 Contact to customer to arrange for return parts.
\xef\x82\xb7 Raise job in booking system.
\xef\x82\xb7 Update daily report.
\xef\x82\xb7 Compile daily data with team.
\xef\x82\xb7 Work with team to follow up on daily cases.Job Requirements:
\xef\x82\xb7 Minimum Diploma with experience. Fresh Graduate with Logistic Diploma or Degree are welcome to apply.
\xef\x82\xb7 Fluent in English to lease either with English speaking Associates (Australians)
\xef\x82\xb7 Possess own tranportation.
\xef\x82\xb7 Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skill and customer service skills, Proficient in MS
Office Decisive.
\xef\x82\xb7 Able to multi-task and committed to service excellence. Possess initiative to respond to customers\' needs
with commitment toward service excellence.
\xef\x82\xb7 Able to work in fast-paced environment and able to work on public holidays.
\xef\x82\xb7 Good team players, Work independently.
\xef\x82\xb7 Disciplined and high responsible person.Basic Salary: RM 2500 - RM 3000 + RM 500 allowance
Working Location: Seksyen 23, Shah Alam
Working Hours: 6.00am to 4.00pm
