Executive Recruitment Monroe Consulting is currently working with an all in one payment platform looking for an Organizational Excellence Manager to come in an lead their team in terms of performance, motivation and overall organizational excellence.

As a Organizational Excellence Manager, you\'ll use your skills to drive employee engagement and growth, guiding the success of the organization with the use of OKRs (Objectives and Key Results). Through effective communication, collaboration, and adherence to company policies and procedures, you\'ll help create a workplace culture that promotes employee productivity, accountability,
and job satisfaction. You\'ll continuously assess and improve processes to ensure a positive employee experience and foster a culture of teamwork, innovation, and growth. Your goal is to support and empower employees, boost team morale, and create a work environment that is fun, challenging, and rewarding.

Responsibilities:

  • Use OKRs to guide the success of the organization, developing and implementing effective company-wide OKRs in alignment with strategic goals.
  • Coach and assist in the development of individual OKRs, ensuring that employees have the necessary support to achieve their goals and improve individual performance.
  • Create and implement processes to improve efficiency, collaboration, and
  • communication across the organization
  • Continuously assess processes and identify areas for improvement, using your
  • analytical and problem-solving skills to drive process improvement initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure effective delivery of
  • initiatives, utilizing your excellent project management skills to keep projects on
  • track and meet deadlines.
  • Contribute to the development of company strategy and make it fun and engaging for all employees.
Requirements:

Experience in Business Operations, Process Management, Talent building through process or related field.
Proven experience in process creation, improvement, and performance coaching.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to drive engagement programs and effectively communicate processes and procedures to all employees.
Excellent project management skills to ensure effective collaboration with cross functional teams and timely delivery of initiatives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to continuously assess processes and identify areas for improvement.
Knowledge of OKR methodology.
Ability to contribute to the development of company strategy and make it fun and engaging for all employees
