Job Requirements * Minimum 3 years relevant working experience as tour leader/tour guide for Western Region and with supervisory experience and with exposure in travel industry is an added advantage Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese Enjoy outdoors, loves to travel, with rich travelling experience, has a strong desire to explore travel destination. Cheerful and lively, with excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, like sharing and referral. Good in dealing & negotiating with international vendors, capable of doing routing research for long hours. Has a strong and spontaneous sense on market trend, teamworking, responsible and with good leadership skill Computer literate on MS Office Software, detail-oriented person, ready and willing to meet various type of customers from different fields/industry. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, sound analytical skill and highly self-motivated Job Responsibilities * To develop new product packages and expand the companys business according to business strategies and market requirements. To provide new routing resources & technical support to each business line. To develop new product and promotion strategies with respective department on product/marketing campaign. To implement content strategy, create and manage published contents to maximize brand visibility To collect and analyze customers needs, market information, and competitors business trend and build up comprehensive database to support companys business strategies and goal.
