Job Requirements * \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 3 years relevant working experience as tour leader/tour guide for Western Region and with supervisory experience and with exposure in travel industry is an added advantage \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese \xe2\x80\xa2 Enjoy outdoors, loves to travel, with rich travelling experience, has a strong desire to explore travel destination. \xe2\x80\xa2 Cheerful and lively, with excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, like sharing and referral. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good in dealing & negotiating with international vendors, capable of doing routing research for long hours. \xe2\x80\xa2 Has a strong and spontaneous sense on market trend, teamworking, responsible and with good leadership skill \xe2\x80\xa2 Computer literate on MS Office Software, detail-oriented person, ready and willing to meet various type of customers from different fields/industry. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, sound analytical skill and highly self-motivated Job Responsibilities * \xe2\x80\xa2 To develop new product packages and expand the company\xe2\x80\x99s business according to business strategies and market requirements. \xe2\x80\xa2 To provide new routing resources & technical support to each business line. \xe2\x80\xa2 To develop new product and promotion strategies with respective department on product/marketing campaign. \xe2\x80\xa2 To implement content strategy, create and manage published contents to maximize brand visibility \xe2\x80\xa2 To collect and analyze customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs, market information, and competitor\xe2\x80\x99s business trend and build up comprehensive database to support company\xe2\x80\x99s business strategies and goal.
