Job Description

Role and Responsibilities: According to the characteristics of products and users, formulate corresponding operation strategies, organize and mobilize resources to implement operation plans. Responsible for online activity planning, execution and data statistics of platform contract products. Cross-departmental communication and coordination, creativity and planning of promotion activities, writing and implementation of activity plans. Manage the analysis and optimization of data for the activity effects. Conduct in-depth research on competing platform activities and replicate and optimize them. Able to detect problems in time and adjust the activity plans. Design the full cycle of activity operation plans. Design different activity schemes for different life cycle users. Cooperate with content operation, social media operation and community operation team to promote the event. Responsible for the data analysis of the product operation period and market conditions, and making the result report. Put forward reasonable suggestions and goals for market development. Collect user feedback information, summarize and propose product improvement suggestions, and adjust marketing strategies based on user feedback. Skills and Qualification: 1-3 years of experience in operation or related field is preferred. Bachelor\'s degree or above, with higher education preferred. Familiar with foreign exchange trading, futures, financial and other related platform operations and have a deeper understanding of digital currency exchanges is preferred. Must have deep understanding of cryptocurrency /blockchain term, trends and enjoy working in cryptocurrency field. Fluent in English, Mandarin and local languages, capable of bilingual content production. It is a priority to be able to integrate into the China working environment. Candidate with strong goal awareness, teamwork and able to handle working pressure. Self-motivated, good attitude and willing to accept new knowledge learning and exploration.
