We are now hiring an experienced

Outlet Chef

to lead one of our outlet kitchens. This is a

hands-on role

that combines cooking, team management, and operational leadership.

Job Responsibilities

Oversee and manage daily kitchen operations and food production. Cook, prepare, and plate dishes according to SOPs and quality standards. Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff to ensure consistency and performance. Manage stock ordering, inventory, and cost control. Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards. Complete kitchen paperwork and reports (waste logs, checklists, stock sheets). Support Central Kitchen production and other operational tasks when required.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years' experience in a kitchen leadership or supervisory role. Strong hands-on cooking skills (Western or seafood cuisine preferred). Good people management, organisation, and communication skills. Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen. Knowledge of food hygiene, storage, and safety practices. Proficient in English and Bahasa Melayu. Able to work 6 days a week (Monday off), including weekends/public holidays. Culinary diploma or professional training is an advantage.

Pay: RM4,200.00 - RM4,700.00 per month
