Maintain a high standard of outlet cleanliness, safety, and hygiene in accordance with QAQC guidelines.
Manage and monitor stock levels, including ordering, receiving, and inventory control.
Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive guest experience.
Supervise, guide, and support subordinates to ensure smooth daily operations.
Prepare and manage staff duty rosters to ensure adequate manpower coverage.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with the Outlet Manager on operational matters.
Track and evaluate outlet performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Prepare and submit operational and performance-related reports as required.
Ensure full compliance with company and outlet Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Carry out any additional tasks or duties assigned by management or the Outlet Manager.
