Pre-requisites:

  • Candidate who possess at least a Degree or Diploma in PSC, Business Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2-3 year(s) of relevant working experience as a Secretarial, Senior Executive or Personal Assistant to CEO, Chairman, Managing Director or President.
  • Good command of written & spoken in English is must
  • Good command of written & spoken in Mandarin is must
  • Mature candidates with good initiative, trustworthy, self-motivated team player with the ability to maintain high confidentiality and excellent planning and organization skills to Prioritize work and detail-oriented with an analytical mind and follow-up with deadlines;
  • Ability to work independently; multi-tasking and working under pressure in a fast-pace environment with a high degree of confidentiality;
  • Meticulous, systematic and strong sense of responsibility.
  • Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply.
Tanggungjawab
  • To manage all private secretarial and confidential matters of the Company.
  • Responsible for assisting to handle the company\'s operation and daily affairs.
  • Preparation and compilation of minutes of meeting and business report.
  • To provide general, specialized, confidential and time sensitive operational and administrative support in accurate and flexible manner.
  • To provide and maintain full spectrum of secretarial and administration duties such as arranging meeting schedules, maintaining a proper filing system of documents, arrangement of appointments, travel arrangements, etc.
  • To liaise professionally and strict confidentially with all levels of management, department and business associates.
  • Preparing presentation slides and effectively manage all written communication.
  • Maintain absolute confidentiality on all given task.
  • Duties will also be extended to projects work on an ad-hoc basis where you will work alongside colleagues from other parts of the business.
  • Manage Director\'s personal affairs
  • Undertake occasional receptionist duties and other duties from time to time.
  • Have to draft and correspond letters.
