Role Description Total IT Global is seeking a full-time PA to CEO for an onsite role in Kuala Lumpur . The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our CEO and senior management team, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling a wide range of confidential tasks. Qualifications Proven experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant or similar role. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Adept at handling multiple tasks and priorities with strong attention to detail. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with a high level of discretion and confidentiality. Proficiency in MS Office, with strong research and analytical skills. Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience in business, communications or related field. Experience working in an international business environment is an advantage. Coordinate and manage the CEO\'s calendar, schedule appointments, and organize internal and external meetings Prepare and distribute agendas, minutes, and other materials for meetings Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence Handle travel arrangements including booking flights, hotel accommodations, itinerary and transportation Assist in preparing and editing presentations, reports, and other documents Conduct research on various topics and compile relevant information for the CEO\'s review Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring efficient communication and follow-up Handle all complex logistics requirements Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers Negotiated contracts with vendors and suppliers Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
