Role Description We are seeking a highly organized and efficient PA & Admin to CEO to join our dynamic team in the Information Technology and Services industry. As a PA & Admin to CEO, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our CEO, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations. Your attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks, and excellent time management will be crucial in coordinating meetings, managing calendars, and handling travel arrangements. You will also be responsible for consolidating reports, and presentations, as well as conducting research and preparing meeting agendas. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter who can navigate a fast-paced environment with ease and professionalism. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage the CEO\'s calendar, schedule appointments, and organize internal and external meetings Prepare and distribute agendas, minutes, and other materials for meetings Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence Handle travel arrangements including booking flights, hotel accommodations, itinerary and transportation Assist in preparing and editing presentations, reports, and other documents Conduct research on various topics and compile relevant information for the CEO\'s review Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring efficient communication and follow-up Handle all complex logistics requirements Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers Negotiated contracts with vendors and suppliers Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system Requirements Bachelor\'s degree Proven experience of 4-6+ Years as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting senior executives Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Professional and polished demeanor, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
