Responsibilities

-To advise clients/banks/financial institutions on corporate and commercial loans related matters.
-To draft, review and negotiate corporate and commercial loan contracts independently.
-To attend meetings with clients as and when necessary.
-To involve in business development activities.

Requirements

- At least 8 PQE in corporate banking practice.
- Able to independently draft, review, and negotiate corporate and commercial loan related contract and documentations for example, syndicated loans, debt
restructuring, mortgage, and SME/corporate loans.
- Has a strong interest in business development related activities and building new clientele for the firm.

This position is only open to Malaysian citizens.
