We are currently seeking to recruit a talented and self-motivated Partnership Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be part of a great team of professionals, working with international clients in Regulated Payments department.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan and execute business development strategies for product and solutions under Regulated Payments Business Line;
Own or/and coordinate communication process with former clients, prospects and new leads suitable for RPBL products and solutions, starting from re-engaging, introductions, custdev, follow-ups and up to creating opportunitiers and product activation / contract signing;
Coordinate across marketing, product, financial, integration, business development and regional BD teams through all steps of the sales funnel to drive the evolution of launched initiatives;
Keep the team vision and strategy aligned with the stakeholders and updated quarterly;
Perform reporting on the strategy execution progress on a monthly or quarterly basis, depending on the strategy item;
Ensure development and implementation of new market initiatives;
Control revenue and conversion rate performance of newly launched initiatives, define optimization plans to ensure better performance;
REQUIREMENTS
Solid communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Expertise in local payments markets, regulations, and user payments preferences
Expert in payments, e-commerce, mobile
Required English level: advanced (oral and writing skills)
High business communication skills
Ability to verbalize the tasks clearly and set priorities
