Assist passengers at check-in counters and self-service kiosks
Verify travel documents (passports, visas, IDs, health documents)
Issue boarding passes and luggage tags
Process special service requests (SSR) such as wheelchair, unaccompanied minors (UM), and VIP passengers
Baggage Handling Support
Check in baggage according to airline standards
Handle excess baggage payments and documentation
Assist with lost & found baggage
Departure Gate Operations
Manage boarding gates efficiently and safely
Make boarding announcements
Check boarding passes and coordinate passenger boarding
Handle last-minute seat changes, upgrades, and standby passengers
Arrival Services
Assist disembarking passengers when required
Manage connecting flights and transfer passengers
Provide assistance at immigration and baggage reclaim areas
Customer Service & Problem Solving
Provide information about flights, delays, gate changes, and airport services
Handle passenger complaints and irregular operations (IROPS) professionally
Coordinate with airline crew, ground handlers, and airport authorities
Safety & Compliance
Follow airline safety standards and airport security regulations
Ensure passengers comply with dangerous goods restrictions and travel rules
Attend mandatory safety briefings and training
Required Skills & Qualifications
Good communication skills (English + local languages)
Customer service-oriented, patient, and professional
Ability to handle pressure during peak hours or flight delays
Basic computer skills (DCS, reservation systems, check-in software)
Physically fit for long standing hours
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Preferred Experience
Experience in aviation, hospitality, tourism, or customer service
Knowledge of airline/airport systems: DCS, Amadeus, SABRE, Altea, etc.
Previous airport or ground handling experience (advantage but not always required)
