• Formal culinary training or certification in pastry arts is a plus.

Tanggungjawab

• Prepare and bake a range of pastries and breads.
• Follow recipes accurately while also having the flexibility to innovate and experiment with new ideas.
• Decorate and finish pastries to meet company standards of presentation and quality.
• Ensure all pastries and baked goods are consistently fresh, visually appealing, and of high quality.
• Monitor ingredient freshness and ensure proper storage to maintain product integrity.
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and baking supplies.
• Assist with ordering, receiving, and storing supplies, ensuring proper stock rotation.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and baking environment.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including food handling and storage guidelines.
• Ensure all equipment is cleaned and maintained properly.
