Prepare and present ideas on wide variety of goods such as cakes, cookies, bread and some pastries etc. following traditional and modern recipes.
Create new and exciting desserts and renew menus to engage the interest of customers
Decorate pastries using different icings, toppings etc. to ensure the presentation will be beautiful and exciting
Check quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking
Maintain a clean and orderly cooking station and adhere to health and safety standards.
Monitor supplies, maintain and control appropriate flow of stocks including to ensure good quality of products received in a timely manner.
To maintain and control all display products are available and in excellent quality (including expiry).
Help with stocking, cleaning and other duties as needed.
To maintain high standard of personal hygiene.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
