Service Manager - Pastry Chef

We are looking for Service Manager - Pastry Chef

As a Pastry Chef, we rely on you to

Responsible for pastry and bakery section operations while working closely with the Executive Chef including planning of pastry and bakery production and develop seasonal offerings.
Responsible to create high quality products and ensuring the consistency of the products.
Adheres to and enforces standard hygiene and sanitation measures and practices at all time.
Supervises and guides all staffs to ensure adherence of hotel\xe2\x80\x99s policies and procedures.

We are looking for someone who:
At least 3 years working experience in similar capacity in an international hotel.

Degree/ Diploma in Culinary Arts or Baking & Pastry Arts.

Good knowledge of different types of pastries, bakeries, desserts and cake decorating

Communicates and write with fluency in English and local language
Displays curiosity and takes time to learn and understand new culinary trends.

Demonstrate innovation in creating menus

A team player, dependent, highly motivated, mature and able to work independently with a high speed of execution

Enthusiastic to the job whilst able to challenge the status quo

Attention to detail, service-mind oriented
