Danone Business Services is seeking for Payroll and Employee Request Manager based in Malaysia. • Ensure monthly payroll activities are executed as per country\xe2\x80\x99s procedure, compliant to statutory, and ensuring timely payout.
• Checks and verifies payroll for 5 countries to ensure accuracy.
• Informs the payroll approvers on salary approvals.
• Guide the team to answer employees queries as first level of contact point.
• Ensure that all expatriate management transactions, processing activities and mobility operations are supported in the local country.
• Supports MBU or CBU teams with data that is required in relation to Payroll / C&B.

• Bachelor degree in related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of HR administration & payroll processes and systems, local regulations for multiple countries (Malaysia, Thailand, Cambodia, Singapore, Vietnam & India).
• Experience in Payroll system implementation.
• Experience in streamlining the payroll processes and SOP.
• Experience working in shared service centre will be an added advantage.
• Have knowledge and understanding the respective country\xe2\x80\x99s legislation on wages calculation, taxation, pension etc. Countries in scope: Malaysia, Thailand, Cambodia, Singapore and India.
