Join Intel to have an opportunity to create and extend computing technology to connect and enrich the lives of every person on Earth. In this role you\'ll be part of an infrastructure team building software capabilities to automate the build, test and deployment of Intel\'s process design kit (PDK).
A PDK is a collection of artifacts that represents Intel\'s semiconductor process and is used by product designers to model, implement and verify Intel\'s mobile, desktop and server products before it is manufactured.

In this role responsibilities include, although not limited to:

• Implement solutions and tools for improving the infrastructure, applications, and services required to support the development of Intel PDK\'s.
• Work closely with members of the team to design, build, maintain and validate the automation tools used by members of the organization.

Qualifications

You must possess the below requirements to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below could have been be obtained through a combination of your school work, classes, research, relevant previous job or internship experiences.

Minimum Qualifications

• The candidate must possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or another closely related field.
• 2+ years of experience (candidate with bachelors degree) in Linux operating system and shell scripting.
• 1+ years of experience (candidate with bachelors degree) in distributed version control system (like Git, Mercurial, etc.,).
• 2+ years of experience (candidate with bachelors degree) in Python or C/C++ or Java/Groovy.
• Coursework in Data Structures and Algorithms and/or Graph Theory.

Preferred Qualifications
An ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral attributes:

• Strong attention to technical detail, metrics, and situational problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to solve technical problems with limited supervision.
• Knowledge in one or more of the following areas will a plus factor - VLSI design, Physical design automation or EDA tools.

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
