Job Description


You will be tasked with delivering comprehensive HR services to employees, supporting HR systems and programs, and continuously seeking process improvements to ensure high-quality service delivery and an excellent employee experience. Additionally, you will assist with or lead projects aimed at driving the ongoing enhancement of HR services.Onboarding

  • Draft and finalize employment contracts, ensuring that all new hire paperwork is processed correctly.
  • Update and maintain employee records in the HRIS, handling data for new hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations with precision and promptness.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements by managing employee records in the HR e-filing system.
  • Input and monitor new starter information in the HRIS and track staff changes as necessary.
Policies and Reporting
  • Partner with the HR Data & Reporting team to generate HR reports as needed by the business.
  • Regularly review and update the Employee Handbook and HR policies to reflect current practices.
  • Apply and interpret company policies accurately.
  • Compile the monthly headcount report and manage the annual salary review process.
  • Assist with the annual review of medical benefits in collaboration with the insurance broker.
  • Keep up with labor legislation changes and provide expert advice on HR policies and processes to employees.
Vendor Management
  • Serve as the point of contact between employees and global mobility vendors to address and resolve issues.
  • Manage requests related to shipments, taxes, and immigration services via the vendor\'s online portal.
  • Collect and verify documents for visa applications, coordinating with company migration lawyers as needed.
  • Work with vendors, employees, finance, and payroll to compile necessary documents for tax processing and filing.
  • Handle international transfers in line with global mobility policies.
General HR
  • Provide payroll information to the payroll team for monthly processing, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
  • Oversee the employee offboarding process, including handling terminations and resignations.
  • Manage the employee promotion process, ensuring that all related documentation is completed and processed accurately.
  • Update and review information in the HRIS as needed.
  • Assist with the accurate and timely filing of employee records.
  • Handle HR requests from the Internal HR inbox, including allocation, action, or escalation.
  • Contribute to HR process improvements and support global and regional HR projects as required.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin are essential.
  • A tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management is required.
  • At least 2 to 4 years of proven experience in HR operations and processes.
  • Experience with a multi-cultural workforce or in an Asia Pacific regional team is a plus.
  • Capable of providing timely solutions and building strong relationships with staff and senior management at all levels.
  • Solid understanding of employment legislation.
  • Proactive in seeking improvements to processes and procedures.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office and strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates urgency and effective follow-up skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and time management abilities.
  • Skilled in managing multiple priorities simultaneously and delegating tasks as needed.
  • Able to perform duties independently with minimal supervision when required.
