Job Description


Culture Development: Develop and nurture a strong company culture that aligns with our values and supports a diverse, inclusive, and collaborative work environment. Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies, participate in interviews, and ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires. Employee Engagement: Design, implement, and manage initiatives that enhance employee engagement, motivation, and job satisfaction. Performance Management: Lead the performance management process, providing guidance to managers on goal-setting, feedback, and career development plans. Learning & Development: Identify training needs, create and deliver training programs, and promote continuous learning opportunities for employees at all levels. Employee Relations: Handle employee relations matters, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a positive employee experience. Diversity & Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion efforts by collaborating with leadership to develop strategies that promote a diverse workforce and inclusive workplace. Benefits & Well-being: Manage and enhance employee benefits programs, including health and wellness initiatives, to support employees\' physical and mental well-being. HR Policy & Compliance: Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations, ensuring company policies and practices are in compliance. Data Analysis: Utilize HR data and metrics to make informed decisions, identify trends, and develop strategies for improvement. Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives by providing guidance, communication strategies, and managing employee concerns during transitions. , Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master\'s degree is a plus. Proven experience in a similar People & Culture or HR management role. In-depth knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and learning and development. Demonstrated ability to drive and manage cultural change initiatives. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Google Workspace. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
