About the role The People Services Executive role mandates a minimum of 2 years\' experience in manufacturing, alongside adept communication skills for individual and group settings. Proficiency in written communication and active listening is vital. Responsibilities include managing Employee, Site, and Compliance Services, Event & Activity Management, Visitor Management, and operative hiring tasks like interview arrangement, selection, onboarding, induction, and operators ERP request. Work Location : Shah Alam - Selangor Contract type : 1 year Fixed Term Contract Key responsibilities Employee Services: Accountable for employees\' uniform, PPE and Locker distribution, maintenance and replenishment Responsible for meal supply, canteen hygiene and food safety Accountable for services such as laundry, pantry and panel clinics Responsible for Time and Attendance of employees Site Services Responsible for Operative hiring such as interview arrangement, selection, onboarding, induction and operators ERP request. Provide, support and track expenses on Front desk, despatch, parcel/correspondence, Office supplies and pantry Maintain communication device and ensure in function - bulletin board, TV, computer kiosk Learning administration Sourcing and identifying training service providers Compliance Services Administer for GMP (locker) Support site audits Coordinate compliance and internal learning/refresher courses Administer typhoid injection, renewal for all Administer audiometric and renewal for relevant employees Administer HRDF application and claim Administer Socso and claim Accountable for foreign workers management which includes accommodation, transport, work permit renewal, repatriation, bank account opening and others. Ensure all services are provided in meeting ethical standard Event & Activity Management Implementation of plant wide event and employees activities which may include but not limited to event, townhall, new born, birthday, festival or sustainability programs Accountable for PH calendar Visitor Management Coordinate and facilitate visitor management may include but not limited to hotel, flight, transport, etc Others Support as needed Ad-hoc assignment Qualifications and skills Minimum 2 years working as a HR Executive in a manufacturing environment Able to express ideas effectively in both individual and group situations. In addition, he/she should be able to organize and express ideas, clearly in written documents. He/She should be able to listen and giving advice to employees\' grievances. Manage Employee Services, Site Services, Compliance Services, Event & Activity Management, Visitor Management and other adhoc task.
