Remuneration: Base salary + Contractual Bonus + Mobile Allowance + Miscellaneous Allowance + Medical insurance + staffing outings + Training and development Headcount: 6 : The Performance Marketing Manager - SEM serves as a consultant for fast-paced teams under the digital campaigns function of the business. The role requires the ability to translate data points into insights to deliver on B2B marketing goals. This position plays a critical role in enabling the team to meet demand generation KPIs and support of marketing campaigns at scale. Job Responsibility: .Develop and demonstrate an understanding of client's business in order to create customized Google search engine marketing strategy. .Monitor client budgets and adjust bids in order to achieve goals and objectives as defined by each client. .Develop comprehensive search marketing campaigns including keywords, ad copy, and landing page selection. .Ability to translate ads statistic into insights and suggest a recommendation based on the insights. .Analyze B2B ad campaigns performance and identify opportunities to optimize through the components of: Keyword, Ad Copy, Testing & Analysis, Bid Management and A/B testing. .Work together with internal teams to develop action plans to streamline operations, through the use of keyword research tools and dashboards to monitor key metrics including but not limited to: Clicks, CTR, Reach, Engagement, Conversions, CPA, ROAS, and cost per click. .Provide recommendations for keyword bidding based on market trends and competitor research data, supporting demand generation goals for an organization scaling at rapid pace. .Identify and test emerging opportunities while keeping abreast of the latest developments in SEM on Google Ads and Microsoft Bing Ads. Job Requirements: .Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Data Analytics, or Marketing and/or with 6+ years of relevant work experience in paid search campaign management with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding performance goals. .In-depth understanding of key industry metrics and the ability to recognize how they might impact the business (ROAS, CPA, CPC, ROI, etc.) .Prior experience with related ad management tools and reporting platforms, i.e. Google Keyword Planner, AdWords Editor, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio is a strong advantage. .Prior experience with agencies servicing multiple clients will be highly advantageous. .Creative experience in writing ad copy is an advantage. .Demonstrated interest in continued skills development, especially around digital marketing, B2B advertising, data analytics, and keyword research tools and trends. .Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-function team. .Able to consistently meet deadlines and problem-solve with strong attention to detail. .Strong interest and curiosity in researching and learning about new B2B key industries.
