Job Role: The Field Services Engineer shall be responsible to perform a range of onsite services and with the ability to lead the service technicians and manage projects when required. He is expected to perform the technical support services including the 24x7 standby. Main Responsibilities and Tasks: \xc2\xb7 Perform installation, testing and commissioning, live cutover to site acceptance testing. \xc2\xb7 Perform maintenance and support services including attending call-outs when activated. \xc2\xb7 Conduct training for customer and internally to the service technicians in improving their skills and knowledge. \xc2\xb7 Conduct site assessment, generate proposal and cost sheet. \xc2\xb7 Coordinate with customer and perform time & materials services or any ad hoc services upon instruction from Supervisor. \xc2\xb7 Perform standby duties 24x7. Preferred Skills/ Qualifications/ Traits: \xc2\xb7 Diploma in engineering or relevant discipline. \xc2\xb7 Experiences in Power system, Batteries, Cooling, DCIM and Electrical/ Busways at Data Centres, Telecommunications, Building Facilities. \xc2\xb7 Minimum 5 years experiences in Testing & Commissioning, Site Acceptance Testing. \xc2\xb7 Ability to read single-line and schematic diagrams. \xc2\xb7 Able to perform and multi-task in a stressful environment to meet tight deadlines. \xc2\xb7 Pro-active, a Team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision. \xc2\xb7 Good project management skills. \xc2\xb7 Possess IT networking knowledge. \xc2\xb7 Possess Class 3/ 3A driving license. Ability to commute/relocate:
