Job Description

Job Responsibilities :
• Attend to inbound calls from customers, identify their technical, billing and product issues
• Assist them to solve the problems by providing the right solution/trouble shooting.
• To provide excellent customer service handling, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Requirement:
• SPM/STPM/Certificate/Diploma/Degree in any field.
• FRESH GRADUATES (Diploma/Degree) ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills, able to speak English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Knowledge in basic computer (Microsoft Excel/Word etc).
• Able and willing to work in rotational shift (operation hour 7.00am to 10.30pm)
• Candidates must be able to start immediately
Benefits:
• Basic salary from RM1500 to RM1800
• Allowances/ Incentive/ Performance bonus ranging can up to RM700
• Annual Leave, Medical Leave & Insurance
• EPF, Socso, EIS
• Full paid training will be provided
