Tanggungjawab
  • Coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy
  • Maintain office services by organising office operations and procedures, controlling correspondence reviewing, and approving supply requisitions.
  • Administrative work includes but is not limited to writing letters, maintaining company registration documents, business licenses, vehicle licenses, road tax, insurances (company/personal/vehicle), agreements (tenancy/business, etc), utility registration, etc.
  • Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence
  • Responsible for the overall office environment and maintaining the condition of the office.
  • Set up and maintain office documentation system not limited to record/documents retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal.
  • Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
  • Support office server function including regular maintenance by engaging with company assigned IT, technicians. And maintain overall user account and backup procedures.
  • Manage agendas, travel plans, and appointments for upper management
  • Keep management informed by preparing, reviewing, and analysing reports if needed.
  • Manage officers by recruiting, selecting, training, and promoting officer development.
  • Manage officer performance by coaching, counselling, monitoring, and evaluation.
  • Liaising with internal departments, answering calls, and making travel arrangements.
  • Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of the Deputy Chairman.
  • Preparing facilities for scheduled events and arranging refreshments, if required.
  • Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.
  • Perform other ad-hoc functions if requested.
