Job Description


  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken in English & Mandarin
  • Strong interpersonal and management skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
  • Positive thinker, IT literate with multi-tasking abilities
  • Willing to travel, when required
Responsibilities
  • Work closely and effectively with the Director to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, while following up appropriately.
  • Act as the first point of contact for the Director, drafting letters, emails, reports, and correspondence, ensuring that all inquiries are dealt with promptly and efficiently.
  • Provide administrative support to executives and team members, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion.
  • Assist in other administrative tasks and ad hoc projects as needed.
  • Be open to several roles across the company in assisting the director across departments
  • Able and willing to travel on planned and ad-hoc basis
