Job Description


  • Strong Interpersonal skills to enable professional interaction with a wide range of contacts, both internal and external to the company.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to be flexible, proactive, multi-tasking, initiative, and detail-oriented person.
  • Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to understand Mandarin as the role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin-speaking clients/stakeholders.
Responsibilities
  • Personal Assistants perform secretarial work and provide Senior Managers with day-to-day administrative support.
  • Reporting to Senior Management and performing secretarial and administrative duties.
  • Provide full Personal Assistant support to Director on a daily basis and be contactable during non-office hours for urgent tasks.
  • Maintaining the Director\'s time schedule and assisting in scheduling meetings and appointments, managing travel itineraries, and claims for the Director.
  • Liaising with internal departments by transmitting directives, instructions, and assignments. Moreover, following up on the status of assignment.
  • Undertaking other special assignments, ad-hoc functions, and related duties as and when required.
