Job Description


  • Must be able to communicate with and write in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • We welcome With or without experience are welcome to arrange for an interview.
Responsibilities
  • Record and noted down meeting minutes & attendance.
  • Arranging meeting time, date and venue.
  • Assisting in connecting and communicating with Government departments, Vendors, Suppliers, Outsiders, and etc.
  • Assisting on HR director on the HR tasks
  • Provide general assistance as requested and any other ad hoc matters.
