Job Description


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide full range of administrative support to Director
  • Prepare correspondences on behalf of Directors: emails, quotation, meeting minutes
  • Manage Director\'s schedules, appointments, travel arrangement, meetings and functions
  • Coordinate with internal divisions/ departments and external organization on behalf of Director
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • At least Bachelor\'s Degree in any field
  • Strong language proficiency in English
  • Strong organizational skills, high confidentiality and integrity
  • Able to travel locally and overseas
  • Aggressive and self-disciplined
