Kelayakan
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role providing high-level administrative support.
  • Profound writing and written skills in English.
  • Being able to be on call 24 Hours
  • Posses driving license.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in using productivity tools, office software, and communication platforms.
  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to anticipate needs and proactively address potential challenges.
  • A proactive and resourceful mindset, capable of problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently or as part of a team.

Tanggungjawab
  • Act as the primary point of contact and gatekeeper for the executive(s) you support. Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings, ensuring all arrangements are made accurately and efficiently. Arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries, handling any last-minute changes or adjustments.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the executive(s), including email correspondence, phone calls, and messages. Filter and prioritize information, relaying urgent matters promptly.
  • Assist in creating, editing, and formatting various documents, presentations, and reports. Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital, ensuring confidentiality and data security.
  • Stay informed about key events, projects, and deadlines, providing regular updates to the executive(s). Conduct research on various topics and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events. Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Provide support on special projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met. Collaborate with team members to facilitate project execution.
  • Assist with tracking expenses, managing budgets, and processing invoices and reimbursements as required.
  • Make travel arrangements and handle logistics for business trips, conferences, and other events. Ensure all arrangements are well-organized and smooth.
  • Occasionally handle personal errands and tasks for the executive(s), respecting the importance of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, clients, partners, and team members.
