Position Title PA to CEO Industry Construction/Project Management Location KL Metropolis, Kuala Lumpur About the Job
The core function and responsibility of this Department focuses on ensuring that the organisation achieves its target deliverables set by the Board and management with support of the employee and stakeholders. Job Responsibilities
\xe2\x97\x8f Managing and handling CEO\xe2\x80\x99s work schedule. \xe2\x97\x8f Managing and handling CEO\xe2\x80\x99s email communication. \xe2\x97\x8f Management of expense claims collation and submission. \xe2\x97\x8f Management (cataloguing, records and filing) of the company\'s key documentation including architect drawings. \xe2\x97\x8f Management of office administrative matters. \xe2\x97\x8f Organising refreshments for guests or visitors. \xe2\x97\x8f Observe, relate and ensure that the workforce\xe2\x80\x99s welfare and wellbeing are looked into. \xe2\x97\x8f Any other related project administrative matters where required. Experience Needed
\xe2\x97\x8f At least SPM. Advantage for graduate of diploma and degree \xe2\x97\x8f More than 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience working in a similar role. \xe2\x97\x8f Good command of language (written and verbal) in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and
English \xe2\x97\x8f Microsoft Office applications \xe2\x80\x93 especially Outlook, Teams, Excel and PowerPoint. \xe2\x97\x8f Document/ Record management/ retention. Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month Benefits:
