Job Description


  • Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in relevant fields, or equivalent required
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a personal assistant
Responsibilities
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars
  • Answer phone calls and emails and take messages
  • Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
  • Help with daily time management
  • Run errands as requested
  • Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation
  • Coordinate events and speaking engagements
  • Draft correspondence such as emails and letters
  • Devise and maintain office filing system
  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
  • Managing basic back office work (invoice issuance, tenancy matters etc) for MD\'s subsidiary company.
  • Verify & issue costing for new products on behalf of MD.
  • Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information
  • Any ad-hoc task assigned by MD.
