Job Description


  • Position: Personal Assistant to Director.
  • Salary: RM 4000-7000.
  • Work location: Mid Valley City (5-day week), Kuala Lumpur.
About the company.
A public listed company on the main board of Bursa Malaysia. The Group's principal businesses include technology, corporate advisory & stockbroking, manufacturing, trading and F&B operations. Currently they are seeking a matured Malaysian male candidate to assume the role of executive support to their Director within the organization. The position is permanent and will be based at their corporate head office at Mid Valley City in Kuala Lumpur.
About the role
This role is exciting and fast paced and it would suite some one who is looking for a new challenge in a PLC environment. The job role is to support and enhance the effectiveness of the Director within the organization. The role will entail the following:
xc2xb7Pro-actively manage and provide high level executive support to Director.
xc2xb7Manage and administer Director's email and other mails and schedules.
xc2xb7Attending meetings and business discussions with the Director.
xc2xb7Liaison with relevant parties like the legal and consultants related to the Group's business activities.
xc2xb7Drafting, preparation and review of reports, documents related to the business.
xc2xb7Liaise and coordinate business decisions.
Candidate Profile
In this respect, candidate should possess a proven good command of English, both spoken and written; a good writing skills in English. Besides, a good business and PA background at senior level is essential. You need to be flexible and willing to take on tasks in quite a different areas of work in support of the portfolio of Director.
This role has extensive clients liaison so the candidate's ability to network with ease are traits that are essential for this exciting role. In this respect, we are looking for some one who can fit into this critical role with the following traits:
xc2xb7Malaysian male in age group 32-45.
xc2xb7Matured, bright, lively and personable disposition and importantly approachable person.
xc2xb7Possess at least a Diploma (or Degree) qualification in Business Administration or its equivalent.
xc2xb73-5 years of combined working experience as a Executive Assistant or PA in previous capacity role.
xc2xb7Good command of English, spoken and written plus conversant in BM and Chinese/Mandarin.
xc2xb7Advance skills in Microsoft applications(Word, Excel and Power Point and Outlook).What you will get in return-The reward.
