Conduct client meetings to understand financial goals, needs, and concerns.
Perform comprehensive financial assessments to recommend suitable strategies.
Develop and present customized financial plans aligned with clients' short- and long-term objectives.
Sales, Marketing & Product Promotion
Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote products such as financing, investments (e.g., ASBF), credit cards, and fee-based services.
Participate in sales activities and promotional events organized by the Regional Office and/or Head Office.
Identify cross-selling opportunities to increase product holdings and strengthen customer relationships.
Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management
Acquire new customers and build a strong, sustainable client base.
Maintain and enhance long-term client relationships through excellent after-sales service and proactive engagement.
Provide timely responses to customer requests and resolve complaints in line with service standards.
Operational Excellence & Compliance
Submit financing applications for approval within agreed turnaround times (TAT).
Ensure all documentation and submissions comply with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Escalate suspected fraud cases promptly to relevant superiors.
Prepare accurate and timely reports on marketing, sales, and customer engagement activities.
Other Duties
Perform additional tasks or assignments as directed by superiors in line with business needs.
Job Requirements
Education
: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma from a recognized IPTA/IPTS.
Experience
: Prior experience in financial services, banking, or related fields is preferred.
